Crown Grants show that Abraham had leases for slate (1878) and stone (1886) in Llanaber parish – see Wilkinson [2003] for details
The advertisement for the 1899 sale by auction of Abraham’s estate shows that at the time of his death he owned a substantial amount of property in and around Barmouth, which included the freehold of Cellfechan Farm.
