Agreement 6 July 1893 between Ellis Pritchard of Tanybwlch, Manganese Merchant, Samual Sutcliffe and Alexander Barrett (“the Vendors”) (1) William John Patrickson Storey (2) and Charles Blades Coverdale Storey (3) for the sale of two leases and mining plant for £8,500 to the Vendors as to £5,000 cash and £3,500 in shares and £3,500 in shares to W J P Storey.

The leases were:

29 December 1892 from The Crown to E pritchard, S Sutcliffe and A Barrett of 164a 1r 3p in the parish of Festiniog in the waste of Penllyn

21 February 1893 from The Crown to Benjamine Owen of 365a in the parishes of Festiniog and Llanfrothen in the waste of Penllyn subject to a Crown lease of slate granted on the 24 March 1890 to Benjamin Owen Thomas Jones and Anthony Nuttall
